Not really. All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
However refunds can still be made for other valid reasons such as the event did not occur, or started beyond reasonable time, etc. Please get in touch with us within 24 hours of the event.
It can take upto 15 minutes or so to receive your email after ticket purchase. Check your spam or promotions folder as well. If not, then email us email@example.com and we will resend the email.
