How do I watch the event?
After you've purchased an event ticket, you will receive an e-ticket email with all the details. At the time of the event, click on the 'Watch' button in the email and you can view the artist perform live on Catch.
What setup do I need?
No special setup is necessary. As long as you have a good internet connection and a browser, you are set. We recommend using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari browser. It’s best to update your browser whenever possible. Apps will be available soon for iOS, Android and Apple TV.
What kind of internet connection do I need?
We recommend an internet connection with a download speed of at least 2-3Mbps for SD resolution, 5-6Mbps for HD resolution and 15-20Mbps for 4K resolution.
Can I share the ticket with friends and family?
You can watch this event on only one device at a time. Please do not share this email with friends or family as your viewing will be interrupted if others join using your unique ticket.
Can I get a refund if I wasn't able to view the event?

Not really. All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

However refunds can still be made for other valid reasons such as the event did not occur, or started beyond reasonable time, etc. Please get in touch with us within 24 hours of the event.

Didn't get your event ticket in email?

It can take upto 15 minutes or so to receive your email after ticket purchase. Check your spam or promotions folder as well. If not, then email us support@catch.live and we will resend the email.

Do I have to pay to watch an event?
Yes, there are currently no free events on Catch.
